Who we are
Jonathan Roël
Managing Director
Jonathan grew up in and around businesses. From a young age, the commercial vehicle sales and rental business served as a strong grounding in the mechanics of how businesses trade, grow, allocate capital and ultimately take on risk. After a decade in financial services working with private companies and family businesses, Jonathan combines the operational with the strategic knowledge set, to clearly articulate how to optimally raise debt capital.

Anthony Nocon
Associate Director
Anthony is an Associate Director at Versatile Capital, joining the team after spending 7 years at the Commonwealth Bank. His experience spans across a number of sectors, notably Private Banking, where precision in dealing with the complex affairs of high-net-worth clientele is paramount.
Anthony specialises in structuring creative & bespoke finance solutions for his clients, to ensure that they are able to grow their wealth and transact with confidence.
Anthony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting & Finance.

Jonathan was recognised by Connective at their NSW / ACT excellence awards in late 2023 as the winner of the ‘Rising Star’ in Commercial Finance. The award recognised having arranged 30 separate transactions and $130m in loans in the business’ first twelve months of operations.
